Wondering how to pull a perfect shot of espresso? Our Espresso Workshop provides students the theory and skills to produce perfectly extracted shots. In the 3- hour class, students will learn the skills to safely and successfully operate an espresso machine and grinder, dial in a shot of espresso, and clean and maintain the equipment. Attendees will have the chance to work on the same equipment that we use in our busy cafes: a La Marzocco Linea PB espresso machine and a Nuova Simonelli Mythos grinder.
All materials are included and students are welcome to take photos and write down notes throughout the class. After the class, students will be able to purchase coffee and equipment from our Pro Shop at a 10% discount. No experience necessary.––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
