11:30-1:00: Introduction to Espresso Technique
2:00-4:00: Espresso Technique and Dialing In
10:00-11:00: Milk Science and Intro to Steaming
11:00-1:00: Milk Steaming and Intro to Latte Art
2:00-4:00: Drink Building
